Head of Sales

Position overview

Head of Sales will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and will work closely with the founders developing it further. This role represents a unique opportunity to play a major part early on in our journey revolutionize mental healthcare. There will be an employee incentive program if the fit is right.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Implement strategic segment strategy and sales plans in conjunction with marketing plans
  • Accurately set, manage, and meets revenue targets
  • Develop and recommend assigned segment pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
  • Monitor competitor sales and marketing activities
  • Be awesome

Preferred experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working experience
  • B2B sales experience within the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system
  • Proven commercial skills
