Relaxation and meditation experience for inducing calm and reduction of stress.
Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
With this in mind we created Calm Place – a relaxation VR experience that’s being used in hospitals to decrease stress and anxiety. We’ve also added relaxation exercises such as mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing, muscle relaxation so that you can return daily to work on your wellbeing!
